CANNER, Roberta (Isaacson) 86, of Hyde Park, passed away peacefully November 21, 2009 with her sons at her side. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Canner. Cherished mother of Barry, Neil, the late Paul and the late Ross Canner. Caring daughter of the late Louisa (Rosenberg) and Benjamin Isaacson. Devoted sister of the late Calvin and his wife Helen, the late Arnold and his wife Gertrude and the late Burt and his wife Lynne Isaacson. She is survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and her cat Randi. Roberta attended Capital School of Nursing in Washington DC, graduating as an RN in 1944. She joined the U.S. Army, was commissioned a second lieutenant and served as a surgical nurse during WWII. Graveside services at Sharon Memorial Park, 120 Canton Street, SHARON, on Tuesday, November 24, at 11:45 AM. Expressions of sympathy may me made to a charity of your choice.
